kool thing it could make some pressure as well as offensive defensive but it could be very tiring and it mostly made for shorter people to attack the body and the head comes down for the kill

yeah I downloaded his book a month or two ago and it is filled with ways of making you punchers more explosive. I practiced for ages at home and then tried them out in the gym. My trainer thought I was trying to take his arm off! Dempsey was the master.
