    16oz Gloves

    I just got some 16oz gloves for the Gym.


    Is 16oz ok for bag work as well as sparring?

      Yes. I always use 16oz.

          yes but i wouldnt recomend using the same glove for both.

                  Because they'll fall apart kinda, and it's not really got etiquette towards your sparring partner.
