i'm going to fight in a kickboxing tournament on sunday. how do you guys create your training in the last week before a fight? do you think it's right to do no more sparring now?

I would probably ease up on the sparring a week before a fight, but do more pad/bag work.
It kinda depends on how much you have been training up to the tournament really. If you have been at it for a while and had this focus, you should be fine to taper off and come into the show completely ready.

yesterday i get a phone call that the tournament is canceled. I'm really depressed cause i 've lost about 14 lbs in the last 6 weeks preparing me for the tournament. now i hope i will get a chance to fight in the next 2 weeks.
