    mexican style headgear?

who prefers mexican style headgear over traditional headgear? and can you say why you like it better? protection, vision, comfort, etc.

At Ringside, we are serious about fight sports, especially boxing and MMA. We offer the best prices on boxing equipment in addition to videos, tutorials, and guides. Low-cost shipping guaranteed!

by the way, for people who want to enjoy boxercising (lol?) even more by sparring, but not wanting the actual face contact, should they be using facesaver-type headgears instead of the standard kinds that don't really protect your nose/mouth? they aren't competing anyways, it cant be a big deal. true, it will probably make them "feel" too protected, and end up being lazy on defense, ending up getting hit more to the head, just without the nose/mouth injuries.

so, who has used face-saver style headgears? and how's the vision?

Its hard as hell to see the punches as it is. At first I wanted a lot of protection, but now Id rather just have a really open one.
