Well just got a cam so i decided to record myself throwing a few punches, since iv noticed alot of people doing the same lately, i only just set up all my bags and stuff in the garage a few weeks ago just to train while im not at the gym.
But already the garage is full of crap so i cant really move around much.. you can see my car to the right which i cant move because of an oil leak, also a bunch of boxes and **** to the left of the screen so i only really have 1 square metre to move around in so dont tell me i should move more lol.
I'll get some videos of me on the double end bag and a longer and harder session on the bag when i can get to the tip and dump all the **** thats in the garage.
