    Stress Ball

    heyy...im just wondering if squeezing a stress ball will help with boxing at all, like what muscles does it help develop, and do you think i should start to do it to help boxing. And what techniques should i try, such as 2 fingers, pointer and pinky..stuff like that lol..thanks for any help i may get

      lmao..make a better subject next time.. but It's working your forearm kid... along with your grip of course which allows you to close your fist tighter...... the tighter your fist the harder the hit.

        You can chew on it to strengthen your jaw. Personnally I have to pull my lips in over my teeth to use it because my jaw has gotten so strong that i bite right through it if i use my teeth. Do that for an hour a day and you'll basically be immune to uppercuts.

          Dont listen to the piss taking. One guy got it right with the forearm and grip thing. I dont know how much resistence a stress ball gives, but I suggest you get a pair of grippers, or/and a powerball.

          http://www.powerballs.com/ - a powerball is a poweful gyroscope, should strengthen grip, wrist, forearm, etc.

          Grippers probably do similar things. These are ment to be the best:
