How are gloves weighed/ is this a high enough weight?

I measured one of my bag gloves. 60z. Is it the whole glove or the padding that is weighed. Is 60z on each glove ok for a 30kg or less bag?

My gloves are 14oz and that is about as big as they come, better check that weight because 60oz is like a soccum bopper!
