Just wondering what your running schedules and regimes are.
I was thinking about doing something like this.
Monday- Long distance run
Tuesday- Anarobic threshold run (running for 10 minutes at a fast pace)
Wednesday- Hill work
Thursday and Friday- Long Distance Run
Saturday- Sprints
Of course proper stretching warm up (1 mile or more) and proper cool down.
