    Asian, can you lose 15 lbs in 1 week without doing anything? that **** just happend to me, i got a Ravelo 8 pack almost from doing NOTHING. weird, i know its not healthy but damn

          Rapid weight loss is certainly possible, boxers do it all the time. The science clearly shows that it is not healthy and diminishes performance. The best idea is to have a disciplined lifestyle and do not allow your weight to fluctuate. A man can not stay at 100% fitness for more than a few days, but 95% can be retained for many weeks. If you wish to excel in amateur boxing, adjust your lifestyle accordingly. Remember as a journalist you will be commenting fitness and performance on a regular basis because these are two big isssues in boxing. It is best that you avoid being seen as a hypocrite.

            Michael Katz and Dan Rafael look more like Greek Diner owners than Greek Gods. They must be hyprocrites???

            To write about the sport, you don't need to be in great shape. However, I wish to be cuz I'm 19 and I love the ladies and they love me back. That's why I gotta look as pretty as I talk.

              I'm still trying to figure it out myself. I know he's big on the Bowflex machine, I use it everyday now. His whole point is lower weights, I use 25 pounds, and higher reps. When he shows me the whole thing, I'll hook it up. But first and foremost is the boxing, you gotta have the skills.

                I'd respect you a million times more than those two, if you've walked the walk AND have the ability to express yourself in a journalistic fashion.

                  Let me tell you, I'm going to walk the walk next month when I fight a well-regarded professional prospect to be named. I'm attending his next fight in New York this month and on that date we're going to set everything up. My coach said that there is no reason why I wouldn't be able to compete with the guy.

                      He told me that I'm gonna win the Golden Gloves....but not at 163. The man is both a great trainer and an excellent motivator. He's bringing alot of good stuff out of me.
