are supplementary exercises needed...right now, i do interval sprints, pushups, pull ups, etc. after my boxing workouts. but wouldnt it be better if I did extra heavybag sets or extra shadowboxing rounds instead of doing the things above?
like instead of doing clap pushups for explosiveness, i can do an extra set or two on the heavybag and focus on the speed.
