Bought a pack of Green Tea T-Bags today, just made myself a cup of it, i though it was going to taste like ****, but it aint that bad, i aint added anything to it like milk or sugar just Hot water, its got an ok taste.

Does it make any difference to your health drinking green tea over normal tea. i drink normal tea, and if you tell me i'm not allowed to drink normal tea anymore im going to more a cup of boiling water on your head.....

it's awesome for losing weight, i've used it to cut weight. it's also full of anti oxidants, every fighter should drink green tea. i love the stuff, i always have some around
