Ok. so today was the first today. It isnt as easy as i thought it would be, but its a start. Woke up at 9 and had to go for a driving lesson and then into college so didnt get anything to eat until 1:30, at this time i had a baugette with mayonaisse. chicken, sweetcorn and lettuce, a bottle of lucozade sport and a drifter bar. I wasnt feeling the best, my nose is blocked so i can't breathe properly through it and i thought that it wouldn't be the best idea to be sparring in this condition so i went for a run instead, basically just to see how i was doing on the fitness level and o deary me
I ran about half a mile and was nearly sick, then walkd halfway home and by the time i got through the door i was sweating like mad!! I then did 60 sit ups so i can try and get my 6 pak back
. For my dinner, at about half 6, i had pasta with sausage bacon chili and garlic all mixd together abd then went out again and had a 6 inch subway with chicken, cheese and all the salad with no drink. Not the dream start i wanted or expected but none the less its a start and i definitly have stuff to work on!! If ned be i'm going to let this run into next month aswell if i don't think im doing well enough.
