for weed, in my experience its the same as drinking. its not addicting, i just find it very relaxing. i RARELY smoke, maybe weed twice a year or something, but drinking I do on weekends and most of the school nights so i become sleepy and fall asleep better.

I don't know how you could smoke weed regularly and participate in a combat sport. One good hit of weed makes me ****** and courteously deferential; not really a winning combination in the ring. And at high doses I get lazy, philosophical, and develop a craving for light beer and Funions.

every 1 is different...but regardless, too much of anything is bad for you..
weekend warriors shouldnt have a problem....we all need some kind of poison every now and then.

I appreciate all your ideas and help and will keep you up to date on how I do over the month. I thinking of this schedule as a start and its something to work on aswell...
Thursday - training
Friday - 5 mile jog
Saturday - working all day so il be tired but after maybe a shorter 3 mile jog
Sunday - training
Monday - hill work
Tueday - training
Wednesday - working again so a shorter 3 mile jog
thinking about getting or borrowing a mixer for smoothies, fruit and oatmeal blend kind of stuff. I have also been taking this stuff "linseed" which has actually helped!! (found out about this from my Auntie lol). But im not sos ure about these protein shakes, expensive and massive containers. Or maybe i really should just for this month!!
