    Thanks man,

    And about the subject, Fast Food won't kill ya, but even a 1/4 pounder more than once a week is quite bad for you. But honestly, I prolly have a couple pieces of pizza on saturday night, and I do alright. You can "cheat" for at least one meal a week, so long as you keep a good diet the rest of the time. Also remember some things stay with you for a while. Trans fats take a while to leave, and the more of them you have in you, usually the "worse" you'll feel in general. Also, by cheat, I don't mean like 4 big macs, 3 big fries and a shake, keep it reasonable.

      not only will u feel better, u won't have to work as hard making weight before a fight. all that fast food **** is just sugar and trans fats which is all pure fat

          yeh i sed to myself only once a month..but when you eat fast foood you really feel a difference..when you eat fast food u feel hella fat and lazy and hella nasty inside..but its like when you eat healthy food u feel full but u have hella energy..i just realized it..soo i guess fast food is hella bad for you then

            Dont get caught up in the you shouldnt do this shouldnt to that ****, do what you want if you like fast food have it now and then who cares you only live once, whos gonna wanna hang around a person that watches everything he does and follows a specific routine, thats boring in my opinion.

              It's so much easier to just carry an apple or a Clif bar or some beef jerky.

              If you MUST have fast food, most places have grilled chicken sandwiches. Get it with no mayo. A chicken sandwich and a diet Coke is better than nothing. Well, maybe not.

              My buddies here at work go to McD's every once and awhile; I go with them, but I politely excuse myself and go to the Safeway Deli across the street and pick up a piece of baked chicken, a bag of veggies, and some green tea. It costs about the same.

              They quit giving me crap about it when they found out I box.

                never, its complete and utter ****, i hate mcdonalds, the only thing i like from that place is the Mcflurrys or the milkshakes.
                Stick to eating decent foods, like chicken, pasta, fish etc
                and keep of fizzy drink like pepsi, dr pepper and all that ****.

                  i eat good food from sat - thurs then have a large pizza from dominos on a friday. It wont do me any good physically but psychologically it gives me something to look forward to during the week and also keeps me from going insane. I do this even when dieting.

                    Haha, exactly, some people might give you crap when you don't eat the crap they eat, or don't go out drinking with them a lot. But to all my friends who know I'm a boxer... haha, they don't give me any crap for it.
