        this is an example of a small kettlebell.

        they are a newer favorite among martial artists and wrestlers. actually, they look like an adaptation of an old chinese stone lock.

        they add a certain kind of pressure that works the forearms very well. very versatile. far more versatile than regular dumbells from what i hear. also, i get this from very reliable sources. i have only worked with variations of the kettlebell, but they are the ****.
