Just listen to your body. If you are sore, take a day off and rest. If you arnt, then go work out.

4 miles or so. Light jog, up and down my hill, some stairs. 45 minutes - 1 hour. Mostly it's to shake off the bruises and kinks from training; I'm stiff as hell all day if I don't run in the mornings. Also, it's raining and fiercely cold in the mornings here, so it's good for my mindset and discipline. This time of year, it's probably more of a morale booster than anything else: Come summer, I'll see a dozen people running any given morning. Right now, though, it's just me.

                M,W,F:

7:00-7:30 - roadwork (around 2 miles of jogging and sprinting)
                1:00-2:30 or 3:00 - boxing, ab work

                T,Th:

                1:00-3:00 - Gym

Gym work includes 30 minutes of cardio split between different machines (bike, stairmaster, light jogging on the treadmill) High rep weight work, usually pull downs, dumbells, and cleans. Ill eventually throw in some squats.

                Saturday:

                9:00-9:30 - roadwork
                1:00 - 3:00 - boxing

                Sunday I rest

I did that routine half assed for the last month (besides for the boxing). Im going to try to do it for real starting in about 6 hours
