  • Any of you use these exercises? / any of these good for boxing?

I just got some weights and they give a sheet with exercises on it. I wondered if any of these would help boxing?

    Barbell:

    tripcep extension
    barbell front raise
Arm curl ( reverse grip )
Arm curl ( standard grip )
    Upright rows
    Squats
    Hamstring stretch
Bent arm rows ( pull ups ) - ? what the **** thats not a pullup
    Lunges
    Shoulder press
    Lying barbell tricep extension
    Bench press

    Dumbbell:

    Alternate front arm raises
    Upright rows
    Alternate curls
    Side waist bends
    Side raise
    Alternate shoulder press
    Lunges
    Seated tricep etension
    Bent over tricep extension
    Bent over rear arm raise
    Dumbell press (elbows in)
Bent over single dumbbell rows ( pull ups)
    Dubbell flys ( flat )
    Dumbbell flys (inclined )
Dubbell press ( elbows out )
    Straight arm pullover

If anyone could maybe just highlight ones that are good for boxing, that would be great, and I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Those are the ones that aren't a waste of time. Just remember to get a good balance of exercises. 5 pressing exercises and one pulling is NOT a good balance
