Dents on my arms from punchs

I got hit wit the laces side of someone's glove and it left two dents the width of the weave, in my muscle

Its not an "imprint", it literally is a dent, i can rest my finger in it

Has this happened to anyone before? and did it feel better after a while

Its bin a day since it happened but still there, not as much, but its sore

I have a dent in my forehead from falling out of a tree when I was eight. Never had an imprint from a boxing glove, though. But who knows? I'll be sparring tonight so the possibility is certainly there.
