How do you train for accuracy?

I used to put dots on my punchbag. But then the punchbag would twist round.

Yeh you could use that to solve the twisting problem.

In time the double end bag will atune everything that is needed not only to score, but to keep from being scored upon aswell................

You get a fast double end bag swinging back at you and you will see that the target size is just fine.
