ya i dont want a heavy glove im only using mine for sparring so the gel wouldnt really have much affect unless im throwing haymakers or something and i was going to get the gel but the dude from title told me gels are good the first month or 2 but after the third one they start to break down on the inside and on the padding also and told me the everlast pro training glove would last longer for just sparring
