Today i went to the gym for my second time. My trainer had me on the heavy bags and he worked me with the hand pads. I now have really sore wrists two days after. Any tips on how to give my wrist and hand some more support under my gloves. I just use regular title hand wraps with my gloves.

now I don't advocate intense weight training in boxing, but I do hit the weights (with boxing in mind). Now what I also do is forearm curls, because trust me man, I've been otherwise designed for boxing, except I have the wrist girth of an anorexic teenage girl. Those will help to strengthen your wrists. Also, make sure your technique is proper. Good luck bro, I know the pain.

P.S. Although, with proper technique and some proper wrist training, I haven't really dealt with that pain for quite a while.
