  • Is it possible to make 17" biceps without proteins?

I am skeptical of your credentials Mr. Angry, show me a tape measure pic and a bill of clean health from your doctor. Clearly if you have any kidney problems you've been secretly abusing proteins. Nothing we dislike more here than a hypocrit.

Dude, he's a troll. He's either an alt or a 13-year-old living in his dreams. He's not worth fighting.

He's an alt. What do you mean without proteins? Like supplements, or proteins at all? Ricky hatton has 16 inch biceps

What are you talking about, 17" biceps?? I'm pretty sure you mean 17" ARM, the bicep is just one muscle, and for the record, 2/3 of the upper arm mass is tricep.

Also, no one can get any type of muscle build at all without proteins. Proteins are the building blocks of the body, so EVERYONE needs protein.

And yes, that dude is a troll. Clearly the aspirine thing was a "joke"

Call me ******, but what's in alt?

And while sometimes it may not look like it, PunchDrunk is right, the majority of arm "size" is in the triceps.
