I' 55,five-nine,214 lb.,and possess a 46" chest(48" expanded),40.5" waist and
18" biceps.Because of my Type Two Diabetes,I'm trying to lose 14 lb. to shrink to 200,
but how should I reduce my waist size while keeping my chest and biceps measure-
surements?And how do I measure my thigh,calf,wrist and neck?Thanks,boys.
