I'm no huge expert on nutrition by any stretch, but it seems like this has got all the bases covered. I think the fact that I'm hungry as hell doesn't hurt either.
Not that I've made any conclusive personal decisions, I've been reading that dairy really isn't all too key in a healthy diet. Half the world is lactose intolerant, and they seem to manage. Fat-free milk though I can't see as being a bad choice. Just be wary of some cheeses, as a lot are high in fat. Oh, and butter obviously.

Most of the dairy foods i consume are fat free, the only non fat free foods i would eat would only come from eating out. But I love dairy food because of the high values in calcium, vitamin d, and casein protein. Casein is very important if someone lifts weights to prevent catabolism. I drink at least one glass of milk with my last meal or with a meal that I know I won't have any food until 4-5 hours from then.
I have never been a big eater - would feel extremely hungry and then eat like 2 bites and be full.. only to be hungry about 10 minutes later.. but every time I get back from the gym I am so hungry its almost hell. I feel like I have been starving myself for like 2 days! I usually eat whatever I can find Luckily I'm 5'11 and 140lbs
5'11 and 140.. wow. skinny, or just tone. see my problem is im trying to gain weight and keep it regulated enough for boxing. but gain weight for soccer.
5'5 and i weigh 120 14% body fat. i want to drop it to about 7-9 by summer
I don't look real skinny.. I mean I look like I have a fair amount of muscle - not just a twig. I really don't know how I am only 140.. I look atleast 150 sometimes (after the gym, when the blood is pumpin and your muscles are working and ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh).
