  • Training Lounge...

I want to apologize about the thread I made last night. The message I was trying to convery didn't come off right because I failed to address the positive aspects.

I feel that the best way to be able to take advantage of this forum is by having a sound fundamental base by which to build off of. That can be achieved by being taught the basics in a gym with a supervised trainer.

Once you have learned proper body positioning and balance, networking tips can help you to build off of that and add new facets to your game. The training lounge has been very beneficial to me over the years, it has done wonders with helping my conditioning and recovery practices after training.

I did not intend to demean or belittle the forum because it has great benefits when used as part of a diet and exercise regimen. I apologize for any misunderstandings.

Yes big deal, because in retrospect I saw how it was construed. I dunno, I have a potty mouth and it came out weird what I said last night. The truth is that the training lounge gives an edge to people training who can incorporate other ideas into their regimines that others aren't exposed to. I made it seem like that was not the case.

No problem bro, I know what you mean when **** just comes out the wrong way. A lot of people took it the wrong way because it is something of a "community" here, where you talk about "vers" or "fraidy", and people know who you're talkin about for example. A lot of people such as me check these forums like twice a day. And you're right though, the computer screen is no gym.

          Peace,
          Trick

I never misinterpreted it, and never understood why people got on their periods about it.

I knew what you were trying to say the whole time. You cant learn how to box by reading how to on the net. I agree with most of what you said.

Thanks a lot. I was trying to stress the importance of old school grit and work ethic as the main important factor in learning the fundamentals of the sport. I found that once I got those down, the training lounge was a very useful tool for me that helped round out the rough edges in my conditioning and little tidbits of info that came along with it.

Rockin' also concurs with my statements, as rough as my language was.

After turing the light on many times and shocking the rat it will automatically react when the light turns on, even when there is no shock to go with the light.
