Ok eat a decent breakfast. Snacks consist of nuts or fruit. Drinks consist of water only. Eat a decent meal at the end of the day. Dont eat past about 7pm at all, nothing. But you can drink after 7, just remember it goes on as water weight... so then would be a decent chance to do a run, with interval sprints and a lot of layers on. Get back and dont eat anything again, but you can drink because it would be healthy to rehydrate. Sleep. Do it all over again next day.

I want to add, too, about the elliptical trainer:
DAMN. If they'd had these things when I was a single man, I'd have been in trouble.
I was hitting the elliptcal room at my weightlifting gym every morning when it snowed here, which was for like 3 weeks (I live on a hill; running an icy hill and icy stairs in the dark is NOT my idea of a good time) and I felt like I'd discovered the great buffalo herds -- I was SURROUNDED by sweaty, hardbodied girls for a solid hour. It would've been an easy thing to start up a conversation, especially after showing up 3-4 days in a row and seeing the same girls there; some of them would say "Hi," or "Good morning."There were no men -- none -- on the ellipticals. EDIT: I took a course in Art History in college for exactly this reason. 30 girls, and me. I had 'em lined up like Rockettes by the end of the quarter.
I highly recommend this -- the scenery alone should be enough to motivate you to hit the gym every morning. Especially you, 2K5 -- after seeing you there at Oh My God o'Clock for a solid week some hottie says something like, "Wow, you're dedicated." And you say, "Well, I've got a month to get ready for this boxing championship." Cue disco music.

I have to work my ass off to stay fit; I used to be a beanpole as a kid and had to kill myself in the gym to gain muscle; now I balloon up if I take a month off from my roadwork.

ahaha im not that good yet. I still have alot of improvment to do. I pretty much have all of tysons style down now,took me 2 and a half years.I just cant do it all in a few spars.if u look at his fights he fights with different styles alot of the times. But like I said im still improving and still have a long way to go for me to be a little satisfied on what im doing

Using the equation: (number of hours awake each day) divided by 2 is how many meals you should eat to increase your metabolism. instead of eating one big meal in the morning and not eating at all for the rest of the day, you should just have a nice healthy breakfast (eggs, toast, fruit, vegetable, etc...) then split your daily calories up into portions every 2 hours. you will see a big difference in how your body burns fat naturally in a few weeks.
Always go the healthy way when your trying to lose weight/get in shape, you'll thank yourself later.
