i have seen the dudes pic. All he's got is baby fat.....He should just do some cardio if he wants to get leaner...he is a real small dude still though.
I'm small? Or someone else? I'm 5'8" ? Nah, this is weight thats been put back on. I went WAY down to like 9.5 stone and was too thin. Then I kept jmping up. Probably about 10.5 is good. (147lbs) maybe a little less.

having a rough start though as i got in a car accident last night and woke up with a sore throat this morning.
This is what I've done numerous times when I lost weight.
Drink a LOOOTTTT of water. I drink at least a liter a day....before I hit the gym and down probably another liter.
Eat smaller meals, more often. Eat better in general. Steamed/grilled fish, grilled chicken, veggies, apples.
Obviously exercise, with special emphasis on cardio.
Get an energy supplement from GNC like Ripped Fuel or Hydroxycut to help if you get tired in the gym. You're supposed to take a bunch of those in a day. I never do. If I do, it's when I work out, and that's it.

I have been running 2 miles a day for the past 2 weeks. Today I will step it up to three miles.
Went to bootcamp class this morning.
*Did a ****load of lunges up and down the basketball court 4 times.
*Did some lateral drills up and down the court 4 times.
*some kind of jumping jack while moving lateral 4 times.
*Did butt kicks down the court 4 times.
*Some weird lateral drill where your knees are bent low and you kick the left leg behing the right leg.
*High knees while moving arms across the chest up and down the court 4 times.
*basic situps and push ups.
*some tricept dips.
*leg raises.
*squats while holding stepper overhead.
*Run around the court while stepping/jumping over steps for 12 minutes.
This class can run a little slow because we have a few chunky girls holding **** up.
My time in heart rate zone was 27 minutes.
I burned around 645 calories
Came home had a handful of peanuts and a glass of orange juice.
I later went to Subway and had Sub of the day: turkey breast.
Calories: 285
Fat: 13g
sat fat: 2.5g
Carbs: 30g
and a small Dr.Pepper. i know i shouldnt be drinking this ****, but its so damn tasty.

I agree 100% with this. This is exactly what I did. I just ate better in general...no fast food...all organic ****. Good post.
