  • how do you point your feet

Ive got a book and it says turn both feet inwards slightly. On a website it says point your feet the direction of you lead hand at about 45 degrees. I feel comfortable with my feet basically like

with the lead foot facing foward, maybe turned out a little, and the back foot facing 90 degrees out.

This bull**** wont let me post

If you're talking about stance, I'm orthodox and both my feet point to the east at around a 40 degree angle. Have a slight bend in your back leg with your back foot raised slightly to help with hip rotation for more power.

Your feet should always point to the front. If they are pointing backwards, theres something wrong.
