Im sorry, but either you are lying to make yourself look good, or you are doing all the wrong things. 170 minutes of cardio is extreme and not necessary.

      -5 minutes walking at 3.5mph
      -10 minutes jogging at 6.0mph
-30 minutes of nonweighted full speed intervals at 7.0mph-12mph

^ That right there is a great cardio workout, and thats not even half of what you do. Thats like 8 miles of work. Also going 12mph could be dangerous because all it takes is for you to pull up will a strained muscle and you are royally ****ed.

Running on a treadmill with ankle weights is impractical, ineffective, and dangerous. You need to pick one or two exercises, and focus on them and actually improve. Try running and jumping rope, run anywhere from 3-6miles every day. You can vary the pace, intensity and duration. You can also find a field or track and do 100-200 meter sprints, say 5 sets of 100 or 200 meter sprints. Now the jump rope, you can go consistenly at one pace for 30-35 minutes, or you can go only for 15-20 minutes with a much higher intensity, with different jumps/movements.

Honestly man, that **** you have up there looks ridiculous. It's obvious you don't know very much about what your doing, so i'd suggest you'd do some research. Your body is a science, and to improve alot and go far, you have to learn this science. Body functions/mechanics, recovery, nutrition etc. Also, you need to warm up before stretching. Stretching cold muscles isn't ideal, in a cold state, your muscles are more prone to tearing, and the stretch isn't very good.
good points...as far as my routine goes, my PT has me do all this every day, he could be just full of ****, but i think he knows what he's saying. and i dont stretch with cold muscles, i constantly move around before i workout and all this cardio comes after my low intensity workout. as far as doing too much, it does not put too much of a stress on my joints, or state of being...(but eventually it could be possibly damaging i guess) maybe ill talk to him about slowing it down a bit, or cutting some things out. thanks for the advice.

The original post is far too complicated.

I do one run a day, with interval sprints, and i'm the same fitness if not at a better fitness than every boxer in the club.

this routine has worked great for me i've cut back 22 pounds of fat and i can jog an easy 10 miles without stopping, whereas before i could only get like 1-2 miles in and i'd be panting.

but once u get lazy 1 day and tired of doing all of that it will kill u and trying to get back into it would be like training for the special forces. theres no need for all of that.ahaha

i dont plan on doing that same thing every day for years to come, im just working very hard in the meantime to get back into good shape/lose unwanted weight. once i cut my fat % down to low i plan on taking it easier just to maintain my physique.

i used to be in real good shape, with like 7% body fat, then i got out of shape, and gained weight due to eating bad and not exercising...and i used to get bad cramps and splints too but i've built my cardio "tolerance" up alot and now i can do all that **** without really thinking twice about it...shows what hard work and motivation can get ya.
