  • Eating too late?

    Just curious to what you guys think. Ive heard and read that its bad to eat past 6 or 7. Sometimes I eat dinner late (between 8-10) or I might have a snack a couple hours after I had dinner between that time. Is it bad as far as weight loss goes? Im still staying within my 1500-1800 calorie limit..

    all I heard was that dont eat heavy meal 3 hours before sleep.

      It depends on when you go to sleep. I usually don't eat a big meal 2-3 hours before I go to sleep. Sometimes I'll eat a snack, at the latest an hour before I go. And wow only 1500-1800 calories? How much do you weigh?

        5'9 220. I gained about 40 pounds from June-December so yeah Im out of shape right now. The problem with me is either I strict diet or I dont diet at all. I cant just cut down. My coach told me I could cheat a little one day, so it turns into "ok maybe Ill have just one burgar with my friends" then its "ok a burgar and fries wouldnt hurt" then Ill want to have it again the next day and the next, etc.

        Now Im stuck at 220 when I could be 200 already. Im just going with the 1500-1800 calories untill I get to about 190. I find it suprisingly easy once I get going for a week or so.

          With this problem with eating it once and wanting more the next day. If you can I would just say don't cheat at all and if you have any bad food in your house throw it out.
