Man my new diet should be sleep all day because it will help me from gaining weight...

He'll burn less calories sleeping then he will anything else. Plus it'll rest him up a little and even that hour of napping might help some muscle repair (nothing too noticeable) over time.

The guy is lucky to have the time to nap. If I had that free time, I would nap an hour every day.

But as for the food, that guy is right; stay with healthy foods like what starches, pasta, brown rice, lean meats, protein shakes, veggies, etc. You'll be able to eat more healthy food than junk anyways.

Honestly... if you have trouble controlling your temper, boxing is not the sport for you. Today I was sparring some guy who has been boxing for about 5 years.. and I was kicking his ass so he got really mad. When you get mad you start getting clumsy which is what gets you knocked out. So if you cannot control your temper, don't box... try wrestling.
