From 139.5 to 147: Febuary 1st - March 1st

Background Info

I am a sop****re in high school. I am about 6'0 and my body is thin but I am mostly muscle. I played basketball and baseball all my life but was kicked off both my high school teams due to fighting and not taking any **** from seniors or juniors who ran their mouths to or about me. I have worked out heavily the past few months but now that I cant play sports I am forced to workout at home.

The Weigh-In (Febuary 1st) 1:00 am

As you can see I weighed in at basically 140 lbs. I had nothing but socks and boxers on.

New Daily Eating Routine

1) 7:05-8:00 am: Whey Shake (home)

2) 10:00-10:15 am: Sausage Biscuit (school)

3) 12:00-12:15 pm: Hot Pocket (school)

4) 1:20-1:40 pm: 2 Hot Pockets/Powerade (school)
4) 1:20-1:40 pm: or 2 Slices Pizza/Powerade (school)

5) 4:10-4:30 pm: Whey Shake (home)

6) 7:00-8:15 pm: Some sort of Dinner (home)

7) 10:00-11:30 pm: Bread and butter/Chili & or Whey Shake

More Information

I plan on taking a 1-2 hour nap each day after I get home from school. I was watching MTV True Life "I'm a Sumo Wrestler" and I learned that taking a daily nap during the day helps. I will also try to get 8 hours of sleep each night as I've read that's the least amount of sleep I need.

if you wanna be serious, you'll drop those pizza pockets, and even the butter.
Besides that, if you wanna box, you shouldn't be out to gain weight, especially if you're mostly muscle like you said.

Also, not to sound like an ass, but if you didn't have the disipline for baseball, I have a feeling you won't for boxing either.

You think people got in your face in baseball?

ha

But either way, if you can go up to 147, then good for you man. Don't drop off the cardio just to gain weight.

Good luck man,

Its not good to eat junk just to gain muscle. You should eat a lot of calories, but make it complex carbs, protein, and some fat. Eat a lot of brown rice and chicken. Add in some protein shakes in between meals. Eat vegies too. You should still keep it healthy. You just get to eat a lot of it.

Also, I saw that MTV thing, and I dont see how that works because when you sleep you burn calories. So I still dont understand how it helps you gain weight.

I have the discipline it's just I didn't let teammates talk crap about me, nor did I let them pick on younger teammates. If they did, I'd confront them and if they continued we would have to settle it.

You want to box? Why not just stay at the weight you are?

I never mentioned anything about boxing. I just want to put on some lbs. I'm considering boxing and if I get to 147 I'm positive I could lose the weight back easily but I wouldn't want to.
