well that's the thing, it's kinda weird, in the elbow it feels like joint pain, I guess. And then down the arm, it feels like BETWEEN my muscle and bone. And it only happen in my left arm...
Not too long ago there were a couple of days where my left shoulder was hurting so bad. I was in agony driving home. My body just wasnt used to throwing hard hooks to the bag over and over. Im good now though. I just used to ice, a lot of it, and now I do a lot of shoulder stretches.

Cool, im starting to feel somewhat better about this. I just woke up from a nap, but my shoulder is still killing me.
Your dead on, Im in agony too. I had to take some pain killers just to mask some of the pain.
