Would you rather have that in your body?

The reason it all hangs together like that is that its the mucosal lining of the intestine, and then it just has a bunch of crap (literally) stuck to it. So it's not some wild, unatural **** like some of the websites would have you believe. That being said, by 40, it's normal for a male (eating a north american diet at least) to have about 10lbs of dried fecal matter in their lower intestines. So losing that would never be a bad thing. Espeically if you're a boxer.

Even still, I don't know if I wanna put myself through that... That is some gross ass ****.

That pic is almost exactly what came out of me. Mine looked a little more twisted, almost braided. Really, really disgusting. I lost about seven pounds of that in a week, and it looked more or less like that. About four or five days of that stuff coming out a few times a day. I lost two inches off my waist in the process and it flattened out the area above my belt and over my kidneys considerably and permanently. Gross? You can't imagine. It smelled so bad I was afraid it would set off the smoke alarm. But when it was all over, I'd rather have it out of me than festering inside me.

If you eat badly, you really SHOULD do it. Colon cancer is one of the leading killers of men in this country. Looking at what was coming out, and realizing that it would've been sitting inside me rotting and leaching into my body for another 40 years, I'm damn glad I grew the balls to do it. I really do feel better; I find that my food metabolizes better, I have more energy, I seem to be a lot more reactive to sugar and caffeine (and ****y food ) and I eat a lot less, now. I eat much smaller portions, and I'm rarely hungry. Which makes sense; all that stuff packed into your guts makes it harder to digest your food, which makes you eat more, which packs in more crap. . . it's a vicious cycle.

A couple of people on this board who are way younger than me tried it -- it's in another thread and I forget the URL but you can search for it -- and they reported that nothing like that came out. Keep in mind I'm 36 years old, I had been about 50 lbs. overweight for the past 5 years, and I ate really badly for the past ten years or so. If you're 20 years old and a hardcore health nut, you probably don't need a colon cleanse. If you do one, and nothing like that comes out, then consider it a clean bill of health, one that's cheaper and less painful (I imagine) than having a doctor shove a video camera up your ass to tell you the same thing.

A faster way to get that stuff out -- this does not get my endorsement, as I haven't done it -- is colonic irrigation. But you'd have to be way more of a man than me to do that. Potatoes has mentioned that irrigation works very well to the same end that a good colon cleanse does.

I didn't have anything like that come out of me... It just made me use the bathroom often and it started to give me the runs so I stopped using it... On the back it says if you get loose stool or diarehha to stop using it so I did... Now I just use it like once or twice a week... It does smell worse when I use the bathrrom and my body actually feels better after I use the bathroom but that may just be mental stuff...
