I was pretty busy this weekend so I didn't want to take it and have to be on the toilet... I took it for 3 days and on the 3rd day I used the bathroom 4 times... I normally go once a day or once every two days... Nothing interesting came out but they were all solid relieving craps... I'm gonna start back up today...

Usually when I am doing my twice a year colon cleanse all I eat for 9 days is fruit and veggies. You can eat as much of both as you want and you lose a good ten pounds.Comment

Yeah I was wondering, while using a colon cleanser product (i'm guessing its capsules?) I'd think you'd have to be on some type of water or juice fast. Or maybe just veggies and fruits.
What have you been eating/drinking with it or do you just have your normal diet and use the product?Comment

man I dunno if I'm down for this stuff. There no telling whats in my system. I eat to many sandwhichs and ****y foods and im allergic to most fruits so I dunno if this is the best for me =/Comment
