im going through the book now for the 3rd time, and it's great. i want to get a chance to use that falling step "jolt" and see how it works. the defensive tips are great too, especially for a book that focuses more on becoming a puncher. thanks chipper this was a great post

that falling step jolt seemed to add some damn good power to my right hand but it is weird how he says not to push or turn off the back foot. the thing that bugs me with that technique is that it is hard to use it if I am not set. In other words, I am very stationary with it and hard to use it when moving with the right hand. anyone else has thoughts about this?

Props for this man, I'll be giving it a skim over the next few days.

Only problem though is that if we all have this then the moves aren't gonna be a surprise. Unless you get some fool attempting to mug you that is.
