I got a question about cheating on certain days with diet. I usually cheat once a week. I was just thinking though, on this day should I eat whatever I feel like the entire day, or just have 1 or 2 select "cheat" meals the entire day? also about portions should I still try and eat a reasonable amount?? cuz sometimes I end up overeating when I'm eating something I like, like pizza lol.

And with your treat meals/snacks, eat them in small amounts so you are eating what you like but not enough to ruin everything you've worked for.
Try to stick to your exercise on your cheat days too. That way you don't feel as bad when you have eaten ****
I feel it's best not to have 'cheat days' though because people do tend to overeat during the day, or even stop their diet and just carry on eating what they like.

When I do my cheat meals, I still try to get at least my 30-40g of protein (sometimes even more). And I try to only limit it to one or two cheat meals per weekend; and those would be either when I go out or am invited for dinner at my friend's house.

I find out awhile back that if for example in a weeks time with regular exercise, if I had three snicker bars, If I ate one everyday for three days I would gain 5 pounds. If I ate all three in one day, I wouldnt be affected. I have a weird system.
After I use the bathroom, my weight actually goes UP for about 5 minutes, then goes down. Its weird. If I weigh in, go piss, and then get back on the scale Ill be a few pounds heavyier. I must have messed up scale.

Yeah I think it's just broken. Try it now, just weighing yourself like 10 times and see if it varies each time. I don't think it's you using the bathroom, I think your scale is faulty.
