  • When Training: Gatorade or Water?

Which do you prefer? I like Gatorade Rain, because it's not as sugary as regular Gatorade, but i'm also a big fan of Propel training water. Some people rather just have water though, which do you drink?

good ol water is the best because Gaterade and these stuff really contain many minrals that you wont be using and goes out of the drain i remeber reading an artcile about it

be aware sometimes you sweat out a lot of salts and that can have a negative effect...water wont replenish this

it's doesn't really matter what you drink. but, for what it's worth, i drink water during, and sports drinks like gatorade after.

Water is the best out there when training. Gatorade is for after because it restores your electrolytes.

Propel is good because it has a lot of minerals and vitamins in it. I try to drink one before the workout and one after. I only drink water during.

Thing is, if you want to lose weight and trim down drink water. But if you are sparring or fighting then I'd drink propel or gatorade to keep you energized and fatigue a little slower.

I like vitamin water instead of gatorade, but when I am lifting, its either gatorade. When I do cardio or box, I do water.

Have you heard of this new calcium propel? It's like a jelly when you drink it, and tastes awful.
