Man, that sounds real bad. But I wouldn't try to let go of any anger and hold it inside you until your fight man. Score a KO

anger isn't always the greatest thing to have going into a fight. It can definately work against you, particularly if the first 30 seconds of the fight don't go well. If your angry going into the fight you could completely lose focus and get frustrated, so beware of this.

Not the best week then. Suppose all you can do is keep your head up and stay positive.

Actually this week has been fantastic, I have been training hard, I have been enjoying myself, and I went into the fight confident and in decent condition.

That day annoyed me but the loss has done nothing to change my mindset or my mood. I was happy even after the loss, because losses are something that amateurs incur all the time. I was never going to go undefeated since there is so many robberies in amateur boxing anyway, so I see it as a learning curve. Before the fight I thought if I lost then I would be put off fighting again and annoyed with myself. Quite the opposite I am proud of my performance, people will see why when I post it, and I am equally as determined if not more so to correct the things that I did wrong to ensure a victory next time, same place, same ring, 2 months time.

That's good man, good outlook. People shouldn't flip about amateur losses too much. Honestly, I don't think 6 minutes is really enough time to see who the better fighter is.

Look forward to seeing your fight vid
