Hey guys,
While I don't see it practised too often, I've been wondering if quick stairsteps would be helpful for boxing. I find they work both calves and upper legs, and by varying height, you can vary the emphasis on power or endurance. Also, wouldn't quick stairsteps really help to give you quick feet?
Also, not really the thing that I would put into my boxing gym at home, but my school gym has a rowing machine. I find that also helps for anaerobic endurance, in both upper body and thighs (especially when you're goin' fast). Do you guys think that rowing like that would be good for boxing?
I was just lookin' for some input, as I don't fight real fights yet, and I was wondering what anyone with some experience thought as far as how well these exercises would help a boxer.
Cheers,
