before xmas and new year,i was starting to do pretty well,started boxing 2 days a week and going to the gym lifting weights 2 days a week,and i was starting to put weight on in muscle and feel healthy,i got up to 152 i think,cause lifting weights was putting my appetite up alot,and i was eating properly,not following any particular diet,but when i ate i made sure it was good meals like pasta,eggs,fish etc. good protein foods.
but i stopped going over xmas and new year and havent been since,and i feel ****ing skinny! i looked in the mirror this morning and my body looked horrible i feel like i have lost loads of weight on my upper body,i must be like 145 lbs now
but i here it is pretty easy to put weight back on that u already had,is that true?
