during the summer, I used to workout twice a day because i had the time.
I did workouts like max strength, strength endurance, interval training, etc. things like pushups, pull ups, pistols, etc. during the day and I did speed bag, heavybag, and sparring later at night with the trainer
right now because of school, i can only workout once a day
so my question is...should I do the boxing specific work like jump rope, speedbag, heavybag, sparring, etc first or should i do the pushups, pull ups, squats, etc. first?
