You definitely need to add some mass to your arms, they are very asymmetrical to your body. And the traps as well...you may genetically not be predisposed to being able to get a sixpack, but you def need to tighten up that midsection a bit. I'd focus on lower ab excercises, cuz the upper abs will follow.

And a 5 minute mile is crazy! I suck at running, think the best I did at a mile was 7 mins and change.
Those pics were 6 months ago. I'm looking better but I still have a ways to go. I haven't been worrying so much about the bodybuilding / looking pretty side of things as I am just getting strong and fast and letting my body do what it's going to do. I do cleans, deadlifts, and squats, and run and box. My bodyfat, according to my electric scale, is 13% right now. I think it was 16% in that pic. Keep in mind, too, I'm 36 and have been a 200-lb. wad of cookie dough for the last several years. It'll come. The main reason I posted that pic is to show how ****ed-up that chart was. According to the chart, I'm "obese."

**** I HATE RUNNING!!!! The only cardio I ever did was on those elyptical machines. Which aacutally worked out well cuz running with like 280 lbs and man boobs is just wrong for everyone :P I remember when I weighted my most, man running and carido were horrrrrrribbblllee. I couldnt even do one full push up haha. But ya that chart is dumd imo. I never step on scales, all they do is keeo your mind set on numbers and anytime that number changes either more up or just a lil down its depressing for alot of people. The real change comes from mirrors images, attitudes, and when you can really tell when your starting to get more stamina and evergy. I got the power right now, I just cant last long yet. Work in progress :P :P

I agree that these charts can be quite misleading. I'm 6'3" and a slender 238 pounds. Which makes me way over weight according to many charts. I find they don't take into account your muscle mass or bone density. My doctor told me I should be 196 pounds max. I haven't been that light since I was 14 and I'm now 27!
