well, any weight lose is a good thing. And in some cases its good to gain haha. One thing I did that helped me ALOT was when I went to eat I pictured the food in front of me in my stomach and thought...should all of that be there? About 70% of the time...it wasnt so I told myself not to eat it lol. But being at such a high weight you lose it like it water lol, soo crazy. BUt I lost it slow enough and did enough weight training that I didnt have any excess skin. So I got real lucky there. But dont get me wrong yo, Im a BIG guy, and I got some lovehandles, but when I want to I can lose it. Its allllll in the head.

And Iv been thinkin bout taking some pics with my sisters camera. But right now Im still cheating with my food haha. Ill take some when I can and once I get 100% seious about it I wil lstart keeping a weekly log of pics. Ill try and find my 300lbs - 230 pics later for ya.

^^ good stuff! right now the problem isnt so much weight loss but maintaining my weight. I absolutely love to eat and its so hard to keep in the 151-154 range for boxing and Wrestling. Im not a big guy but im one of those kids who can demolish 3 footlong subs in a single sitting

haha I remember doing **** like that in bets haha. I went to chickfila with some friends one day and they bet me the price of the meal that I couldnt eat it all. It was a 50 dollar party platter. 200 nuggets! Those were good times lol.

Maintaining weight seems really hard to me, iv either been gaining or losing...never staying the same.

I'll admit I'm not "body beautiful" but I run a 5:00 mile and my heart rate is 49 bpm. Here are pics of me at 205 ("Severe Overweight" by the chart) and 175 lbs ("Moderate Overweight") respectively. Overweight, my ass.

I can still eat an entire large pizza in an evening. It is very, very hard to not just eat until I'm full. The Clean Plate Club was the worst thing to happen to my brain. A lot of dieting down was just eating half-portions; a lot of time throughout the day I'll just have a couple of quick bites of something -- a banana, a few pieces of beef jerky, a carton of milk -- and it has taken months to get my brain trained to accept that a couple of bites every few hours is enough fuel. Hunger used to trigger insecurity.

I am 5.8 and 160, which is moderately overweight by their standarts, but you can see my pic in get in shape contest thread.

lol very inaccurate chart... im 6 foot and a half and weigh about 200 pounds with definition. It can't factor in framesize properly because i just have a very wide frame with big bones.

i doubt its made for athletes like boxers its just the average weight chart it shows you what your suppose to be normally not if you look good or have muscles it just shows the normal weight anyone can look good and weigh alot or have alot of muscles and look in shape everyone has a diffrent body and my friend is 125 and is 5''7' and he looks normal he doesnt lift weights just boxes and runs

Cong**** on dropping the weight. Big improvement but I still think you have a bit of a ways to go. Your body fat % still seems very high and your body is a bit disproportioned. Not knockin ya homie, just critiquing you to help you take it a bit further.

You definitely need to add some mass to your arms, they are very asymmetrical to your body. And the traps as well...you may genetically not be predisposed to being able to get a sixpack, but you def need to tighten up that midsection a bit. I'd focus on lower ab excercises, cuz the upper abs will follow.

And a 5 minute mile is crazy! I suck at running, think the best I did at a mile was 7 mins and change.
