Nothing a lil plastic surgrey cant fix lol. I agree, MUCH better to have lost the weight. I used to weight 300 lbs, started eatin a lil bit better, working out running, boxing, mma and i got to 230. I dont give a **** what any chart says. Its what I think that counts.

Took me about a year, went pretty quick. When I do something I do it, well full on non stop lol. I also had a great friend to work out with so I always had someone pushing me left and right. And ya I feel better now, iv since gained a lil bit back but im working towards my new goal of 210-200. Im 240 right now at 6'3. Working out with a partner made ALL the difference.
