    im at 147 exactly,i want to keep this weight,but havent been training,when i was training i was 147,but i want to step it up to 5 days a week,i was only doing 3,so what is the best way to stay at the weight you want,while doing alot of training that could make you lose weight?

    Dont lose more calories than you eat. I have to do the exact opposite.
