too late to start boxing?

    Good stuff fraidycat. I am also 35. I just started boxing training last november. I dont have a trainer yet, but I am at a boxing gym now. Joined in May. Im glad to hear someone else is on the same journey I am on! Poster. Your not too old. I would also agree with Gio. Start conditioning now. Do jumprope at home and start running everyday at least for a month. Its very hard work at the gym and you dont want to get discouraged. Train hard. You can do it!

          as long as you go in the gym with a positive mindset and don't get negative when you find out how tough it really is, you'll be aight.

            you americans are lucky lol, as i live in not that rich country, sp it's very difficult to find boxing club around me, theres like 10 boxing clubs in all my country, like i live in a small town, so there's no boxing club, i love boxing and i watch all boxing fights etc. i know alot about boxing theoretic but not physically, im very mad for this, but i cant do anything, just bodybuilding thats all i do, but i like boxing alot more
