    Losing lower body weight

    Im at 145 in good shape and need to drop 13 lbs to get to fighting weight. Most of the weight is in my legs and thighs, so what should I do to get rid of it(plus its slowing me down)?

    If you're going to say get Sauna Pants, what brand works/do you recommend?

    I don't know how many times I've seen a question like this. No matter what anyone says, you can NOT spot-reduce fat. Just like you can't do 1000 crunches daily to get a nice 6 pack, you can't lose fat from your legs by wearing sauna pants. Just keep working out and doing a lot of cardio to lose weight. Eventually you will lose it in your legs.
