Your hands are to damn low and you look like a dufus trying to slip and duck while shadowboxing. :P Try and work on the slips and ducks at a gym where your trainer can see what you're doing wrong. You seem like your to tight and rigid when you throw your.. pretty much anything. Relax! Your shots should be more fluid then what they are. How long have you been boxing at a gym for?

ima tell you what my trainer told me..when you throw punches, put your shoulder into it ,your throwing what he says "army" punches turn your hips more in to your punches and also sit down on your punches so they have alot more meaning into it..and like what the first guy sed u look a little tense..relax more..other then that its pretty good

Your critique is welcome, but I've been boxing for 4 years and my trainer almost made the Olympics in the 70s. Please refrain from calling me a 'doofus' when you critique my videos. Thanks.

You are supposed to slip and duck while shadowboxing.

Of course, I didn't have a mirror in my house so the slips are really technicallty perfect. And of course my hands are too low, so there's that. (^_^)

Yes you are right. I definitely need more pivot in those shots, for sure.

I noticed that looking at the vid. It is interesting what you notice as an observer that you do not see when you are doing the work. That goes for every fighter, naturally.

I didn't think it was too bad at all. Maybe need to throw a few more hooks in there and vary the combinations a bit more.

not too impressive in some areas for 4 years experience no offense, but your slipping doesen't look so good and i bet your probably not pivoting probably when ur slipping though i could be wrong. everything else looks good though

Well it's hard to completely judge a fighter purely on 1:30 of shadowboxing there, Mr. Meat. Don't you agree? I agree with those who said I did not extend my punches enoughand that I did not vary the combos enough. Very true.

I'll post another video of an actual fight to help you guys further critique me.
