    should you train all body parts 3 days a week every other day or split it up and do like monday tuesday skip wed then thursday friday skip sat and sun.

    If your serious about boxing pro or winning a lot in the amateurs, train 5 days a week, 6 if your pro.

      what if your gym only opens 3 days a week? take a long run or something on the other days

        I go to sessions three times a week, but on my off days I run and shadowbox with 3lb weights, and next week Ill start lifting light weights again. I only take off on Sunday.
